Stress, trauma and burn-out can have serious physical, psychological and social consequences. The discomfort has a tendency to affect our body as much as our mind. For that reason “talking about” - or taking drugs for that sake – often are not enough for healing. Our stress and trauma management program is based on a set of exercises that are easy to learn and are surprisingly effective in breaking a state of constant arousal. The program has proven its efficiency with a broad spectrum of stress related problems, from mild to severe “cases”.
